These terms apply when you use Everyday Learning (the “app”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them, together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which also applies.
Using the app
You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial learning. Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the lessons, artwork or code, try to break or reverse-engineer the app, or use it to harm others.
Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Free and Pro
The free plan includes a set of starter lessons, a lesson of the day, the daily puzzle and streaks. Pro unlocks every lesson.
Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, each with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Lessons and accuracy
Lessons simplify real science so it can be explored in a few minutes. We work to keep them accurate, but they are for learning, not professional, medical, financial or safety advice. Don’t rely on them for decisions where a mistake could cause harm.
Your content
When you send a problem report or lesson suggestion, you let us use it to improve the app. Don’t send anything unlawful or anything you don’t have the right to share.
Changes and availability
We may add, change or remove lessons and features, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you could have restored from a backup. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Contact
In the app: Settings → Report a problem.
